Mitt Romney is all smiles, but as per the latest polls he will get the SILVER medal in the Florida primary today, that is, IF we are to believe the polls.
FLORIDA voters are back on the spot. Well, it is now up to FLORIDA. It is primary time there and the voters in FLORIDA just can not win.
Regardless of the outcome the voters of FLORIDA will be blamed and will be ridiculed by the rest of the country.
On the Democratic Party side of the house THE CLINTONS will pull a fast one and WIN in FLORIDA. Note that THE CLINTONS were the only Democratic Party candidates doing any campaigning in the state of FLORIDA and now they want every vote to count.
On the Republican Party side of the house this will be RUDY's LAST STAND. He is in a most win situation and things are not looking good for the Rudy's team, IF we are to believe the polls.
As per the latest polls JOHN S MCCAIN will be the winner in FLORIDA on the GOP side of the house [remember what happened in New Hampshire with the polls fiasco].
Again, regardless of the outcome the voters of FLORIDA will be blamed and ridiculed. Have a fine voting day in FLORIDA!!!

I know there's not the remotest chance of it happening, but I would love to see Rudy win at least ONE primary. He hasn't been a number one contender but the one quality I really like about him is his staunch support of Israel.
I made a startling discovery the other day. All these weeks, I've been thinking that Texas was voting in the SuperTuesday primaries. (Just call me Over-anxious instead of In_spired!) WRONG! We don't vote until
MARCH 5! I'm afraid it will all be 'written in stone' by that date!
Have a good day..

I would love to see a RUDY victory in FLORIDA too but things are NOT looking good for the RUDY's team. I want to see the primaries going all the way to the end without a solid front runner. In ref to the TEXAS primaries, yes, you will have to wait for 03/04/2008, on that day we have primaries in OH, RI, TX, VT, WY. And hopefully YOUR vote will make a difference, it will NOT be over for the GOP by March 4th if we continue with the candidates splitting victories.
Have a fine Texas evening.

Rudy's strategy of not competing till he is almost mathematically eliminated seems to have been a bust. It's a shame, but if he does end up bowing out, I will have to vote for McCain. They were my final two choices before I chose Rudy. The deciding factor was age (yes as I get older I have become an ageist). The stresses of the Presidency may be too much for John, and I always assume that the person I am voting for will be a two-term President ... I don't think he will be able to go the distance ... hope I am wrong.

Thanks for dropping by, long time no read you. I will NOt support JSM for president. He is part of a failed administration, he is part of the old guard, he is part of the problem. No to THE CLINTONS and no to JSM. And I do not want to see RUDY winning it all because he is a divider [not as bad as THE CLINTONS]. On the GOP side of the house I can support Romney and no others.
Have a fine Texas evening.

Why are the conservatives against McCain?
Okay shipmates, I have listened to several right wing wacko talk show hosts in the past couple of days and they have something in common, they are trashing JSM.
I just wonder why the dislike for JSM - this is a dangerous move and it could cost the GOP the White House in November -- and yes I know that the DEM learned the art of losing presidential elections a long time ago -- but this trashing could mean trouble if JSM is the nominee.
In the way I see it the GOP race is between two candidates, and those are JSM and Romney.

JSM is having a good night in FLORIDA
So far so good for candidate JSM, he is leading the count in FLORIDA and he is looking like the winner.
JSM is heading into Tsunami Tuesday with the BIG MO on his side.
Waiting to hear from RUDY - staying or quitting?
And what about HUCKABEE - this could be bad news for his campaign.

IT IS OVER IN FLORIDA
Done with Florida and JSM is the winner. Next on line is the MAINE primary for the GOP on 02/01/2008 and then we all move to Tsunami Tuesday. And talking about Tsunami Tuesday 02/05/2008 in California THE CLINTONS and JSM are going to WIN and they will win BIG. As of this moment the only candidate running political ads on television here are THE CLINTONS with their massive assault on the airwaves.

John Edwards and Rudy Giuliani
Things are looking good for THE CLINTONS and JSM, as per news reports RUDY G and John Edwards will be exiting the race for the nomination and will open up the field to the front runners.
John Edwards was one of my FINAL FOUR and my listing of final four is getting shorter after Richardson and Edwards leaving the field.
RUDY G is expected to leave the race endorsing JSM [making JSM the solid front runner].
John Edwards is expected to leave the race, but we have no idea if he will endorse any of the candidates - if he does, then expect that candidate to be Obama and not THE CLINTONS.
Personally, I don't want the presidential primary race to be OVER after Tsunami Tuesday, I want the action to continue until the summer.

Hi there, cfs. I think we all appreciate the service that McCain has give our country. He is an American Hero. I am worried about what he would do about the economy. The economy is my number one concern. If our economy collapses, we will loose everywhere. It is my understanding that McCain is on the global warming bandwagon and will spend trillions on it and pass laws with all kinds of restrictions. I don't want our sovereignty sold out to global warming.

Good morning!
I was amused this morning while watching some of the recaps of the election. One of the political analysts was asked the question after the news about John Edwards..."What do you think this will do to the Clinton/Obama Campaigns?" He said...."Frankly, I don't know!"
That's the first time I've EVER heard one of them say "I don't know!"....miracle of all miracles!

Thanks for dropping by and thanks for the comments. In ref to JSM here is a good link discussing his life:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_McCain
I will NOT support JSM for because I do NOT trust the man. He is part of a FAILED administration, part of the old guard, part of what is wrong with Washington.
Right now we are faced with Two BAD choices - JSM or HRC, and I will go with NOTA.
Have a nice evening in VIRGINIA.

Thanks for dropping by and thanks for the comments.
I do remember one reporter working for CBS evening news giving the same reply a long time ago - and I believe his name was Marvin Karlb with is famous "Walter, I don't know!!" if I remember right they were talking about what was going to happen with the American hostages in Iran. It is very strange to hear one of those "experts" giving "I don't know" for an answer.
As far as what is going to happen now that Edwards is dropping out of the race, this could help THE CLINTONS, as he was taking votes from HRC.
Have a fine TEXAS evening.
